2. Prices and Charges

Shipping and packaging costs are shown at checkout, after you select your country and delivery method, and before you are asked to confirm your order. The price you pay includes VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. All product prices displayed on this website include VAT at the applicable rate. For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT is deducted from the total amount. Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties upon receipt of the items. These charges are your responsibility. Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with your address, the items ordered, and the total price. At this stage, your order has not yet been accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel or reject it. We may refuse or cancel your order if:

  • Your payment was not authorized or flagged as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.

  • Payment was made using a card issued in a country we do not ship to.

  • The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.

  • We attempted to contact you regarding your order and received no response within a reasonable time.

  • If, in the unlikely event, the items you ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment card used.

4. Delivery Policy

Items that are in stock are typically dispatched on the same business day. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date.

5. Our Products

The colors of items are reproduced as accurately as possible using electronic processes. However, colors may vary slightly from those displayed on the website due to differences in photographic reproduction and screen displays. Products are not shown at actual size, but where possible, approximate dimensions are provided. We are official resellers of all the brands we sell. We strive to ensure that all product information on our site is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.

6. Liability

We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or the goods and services provided, except where required by law.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Any item you order can be returned to www.elegancewatchco.com within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund if you are not satisfied. The returned product must be in new condition.

The warranty does not cover water damage if the watch was not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

All watches are shipped in perfect working condition. The warranty does not cover battery life and/or battery replacement.

This warranty is generally void if unauthorized repairs are carried out by someone who is not an authorized dealer of the brand.
